Cabernet | Trentino Doc 2020

Garnet red color, its wide and characteristic scent unveils its typical herby tones. Feels rich and harmonious in the mouth.

Grape varieties: 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc

Origin: hills of Ravina

Harvest: mid-October.

Yield/hectare: 90 quintals/hectare

Winemaking process: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steal with following aging in small oak barrels for 12 months

Alcohol: 13% Vol.

Food pairing: combine with roasted and bush meat, grilled foods, aged and hard cheese. 

Best served at 18-20° (64- 68° F) temperature.
