Teroldego | Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2019

Claret red color, stands out for its hints of small red fruit. Flavor is beautifully fruity, fresh and elegant.

Grape variety: 100% Teroldego

Origin: hills of Ravina

Harvest: mid-September

Yield/hectare: 110 quintals/hectare

Winemaking process: typical Italian winemaking method named “vinificazione in rosso con svinatura per alzata di cappello”.

Alcohol: 12,50% Vol.

Food pairing: combine with pasta and main dishes, risottos, cured meat and fresh cheese. Excellent for aperitivo

Best served at 8-10° (46- 50° F) temperature.
