Moscato Giallo | Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2023

Stray yellow color, distinctive scent, aromatic, with both citrusy and herby tones. Sweet wine with a fresh note, it leaves a delightful and fragrant sensation in the mouth without being sickly.

Description

Grape variety: 100% Moscato Giallo

Origin: vines are located on the hills of Ravina

Harvest: early October

Yield/hectare: 90 quintals/hectare

Winemaking process: cold maceration for some hours and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steal to follow

Alcohol: 11% Vol.

Sugar residue: 60 grams/liter

Food pairing: ideal alongside dry pastries, not excessively heavy sweets with custards and fruit, as a drink for aperitivo and at the end of the meal but is also very interesting when paired to salty dishes, like fresh goat cheese drizzled with acacia honey. 

Best served at 6-8° (43-46° F) temperature.
