Stray yellow color, distinctive scent, aromatic, with both citrusy and herby tones. Sweet wine with a fresh note, it leaves a delightful and fragrant sensation in the mouth without being sickly.

Food pairing: ideal alongside dry pastries, not excessively heavy sweets with custards and fruit, as a drink for aperitivo and at the end of the meal but is also very interesting when paired to salty dishes, like fresh goat cheese drizzled with acacia honey.
