Origin: hills of Ravina

Harvest: first half of October

Yield/hectare: 90 quintals/hectare

Winemaking process: aging in small oak barrels fo 12 months

Alcohol: 13,50 % Vol.

Food pairing: combine with spiced dishes, roasted, bush and red meat and aged, hard cheese.

Best served at 16-18° (61-64° F) temperature.
