The Müller Thurgau variety found its ideal environment high up on the hills where the peculiar nature of the soil and the great temperature variation from day to night enables its enhanced distinctive fragrance. Stray yellow color, delicate scent, with sharp aromatic tones, lightly spiced with hints of bay and jasmine-like flowers. Its dry and inviting taste gives it harmony and elegance.
